Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep Pro/Enterprise features until then.

You'll see an upgrade prompt before the action is blocked. Your existing exams and results are never affected.

The Free plan is permanent and has no time limit. You can use it indefinitely and upgrade whenever you need more capacity.

Pick yearly or monthly billing, then message us on WhatsApp with the plan you want. Yearly is paid once for 12 months at the lower monthly rate. After payment we activate it on your account (or create one for you), and you renew the same way when the period ends.

Each exam you save (draft or published) counts toward the 30 tests/month quota. The counter resets on the 1st of every month.
